Marimekko favourites
June 6, 2015
Marimekko is currently enjoying its Summer in the Northern Hemisphere, and the 2015 collection is to die for, both fashion and home.
Â
It's inspired by the ocean, jungles, ferns and florals. It is nature meets urban, city life, smart enough for work, and comfortable for play. The colour palette features shades of blue, sand, green and red. True to Marimekko style, the prints are bold, colourful and fluid.
Â
Recently, I went into the Sydney, King Street store, and tried on my fair share of the collection available in Australia, and purchased two lovely dresses and a cute babies tee for a friend.
